DX Score and valuation

The DX Score is a proprietary scoring system developed by DayXero to provide a standardised, comparative assessment of pre-revenue software assets. It is generated using a four-quadrant framework — Replacement Cost, IP Quality, Market Opportunity, and Traction Signals — and is based solely on information provided by the seller at the time of listing.

The DX Score is not a valuation, appraisal, or fairness opinion. It is an indicative metric intended to facilitate comparison between listings. It does not account for market conditions, buyer-specific synergies, negotiation dynamics, or information not disclosed by the seller.

The Replacement Cost Valuation (RCV) range shown on listings is a modelled estimate based on the DX Score and publicly available development cost benchmarks. It is not a guarantee, floor, or ceiling of any actual transaction price. Actual transaction values may be materially higher or lower.

DayXero is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Seller-provided information

Listing content — including descriptions, screenshots, user counts, revenue claims, technology stack, and documents in the data room — is provided by sellers. DayXero conducts a review process before listings go live but does not independently verify all seller claims. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before making any offer or funding escrow.

The Clean IP badge indicates that a listing passed DayXero's IP checklist at the time of review. It is not a legal opinion, warranty of title, or guarantee against third-party claims. Buyers should seek independent legal advice on intellectual property ownership before completing any acquisition.

No guarantee of transaction completion

DayXero facilitates introductions and provides tools to help buyers and sellers transact. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a completed transaction, that any offer will be accepted, or that escrow will be successfully released. Deals can fall through for any number of reasons outside our control.

Escrow.com

DayXero uses Escrow.com as its escrow provider. Escrow.com is a separate company with its own terms, policies, and dispute resolution processes. DayXero is not responsible for Escrow.com's decisions regarding fund release, dispute outcomes, or identity verification. Users transact with Escrow.com directly and are subject to its terms.
