Deals with an ongoing post-close term — license, revenue share, earnout, or custom — carry one additional point (capped at $2,500), funding the seller's side of the post-close ledger at no extra cost. Buyers access their side of a revenue-share, earnout, or license deal's reporting with a Pro or Strategic plan.
